Operating at the intersection of emergent technological, artistic, and social forces within the landscape of design, GenslerClipp manifests beautiful, innovative, and culturally significant works of architecture, art, and research in pursuit of enhancing and broadening the human experience through design.
AARON
GENSLER
Aaron is a designer, educator, and thought leader based in Los Angeles. Prior to forming GenslerClipp she has held design positions at a diverse array of firms including Gensler, Diller Scofidio + Renfro (DSR), and Active Social Architecture (ASA).

In addition to her professional work with GenslerClipp, Aaron teaches design and visual studies at Woodbury University and Santa Monica College.

Aaron received her Master of Architecture from Cornell University where she received the Alpha Rho Chi Medal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College where she received several accolades from the Middlebury Museum of Art, Chellis House and the KCACTF for her work.
STEPHEN
CLIPP
Stephen is a recognized designer and educator based in Los Angeles. Prior to forming GenslerClipp he has held design positions at several renowned firms including The Office of Metropolitan Architecture (OMA, led by Rem Koolhaas), R&A Design, KVA (led by Shiela Kennedy, PoA at MIT), and Rafael Vinoly Architects.

Stephen has held faculty positions leading studio design at Cornell University and has served on juries for numerous universities.

Stephen received his Masters in Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and was twice nominated for the James Templeton Kelley Prize. Stephen received his Bachelors in Architecture from Cornell University where he was awarded the William S. Downing Prize and the Charles Goodwin Sands Memorial Medal.
